“We” provide this website to subscribing Commercial Property Agents and Commercial Property landlords to display properties that they are marketing. We are not commercial property agents, landlords or office brokers.

Sqfoot does not accept UK property listings directly from consumers. If you are the owner of a property being displayed for sale or rent on our website this is because the agent you have chosen to use for the sale or the letting of your property has a contract with us to display the details of your property on our website and thereby place the information about your property fully in the public domain.

Details held by us about a property do not comprise personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. Sqfoot may use the data which we hold about properties advertised to provide professional valuation services and other data services to third parties. If your property is listed for sale or rent on Sqfoot you may ask us not to use some or all of the details of your property to provide such data services. In this event please write to:

Call & Telephone Charges

Call charges to any telephone numbers listed on the website are dependent on your location and network operator charging structure.

Payment Terms And Refunds

You give Us permission to retain your bank card details and deduct the weekly or monthly fee until You cancel each listing or service.

Payment terms for invoice payments are 7 days after the date of each invoice. The customer waives any claim to dispute invoices unless customer notifies Sqfoot in writing of any disputed invoices within 45 days following the date of an invoice. The resolution of such disputed invoices will be determined by Sqfoot in its sole discretion, and Sqfoot has no obligation to provide a particular remedy to customer.

Cancellations

A customer may cancel a service with a recurring billing obligation 4 days before the end of the monthly listing period. A cancellation means that no future invoices are raised on the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing service does not generate a refund – it will only stop invoices being raised in the future.

Payment And Minimum Age Policies

You represent and warrant to us that: (a) if you are a natural person, you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you’ve obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to your execution of this Agreement and use of Sqfoot UK Ltd.

Changes To Our Policy

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
